Refund policy
At Choisirlamour, we want you to love your swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. If this period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Not be a final sale item (see Section 2 for non-returnable items).
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
2.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or missing hygiene liners.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked as Final Sale at checkout.
2.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@choisirlamour.com with photos of the issue.
3. RETURN PROCESS
3.1 To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@choisirlamour.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
3.2 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
3.3 Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for inspection and processing.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
4.2 Refunds do not include original shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product.
4.3 If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. EXCHANGES
5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
5.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
6.1 If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).
6.2 If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@choisirlamour.com.
7. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
7.1 If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
7.2 If your order has already shipped, you may return it once received, following our return process.
