At Choisirlamour, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities.
1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.1 We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
1.2 All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
1.3 Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and customs processing in your country.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
2.1 We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 6-9 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 5-8 business days.
2.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
2.3 Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, and courier disruptions may affect delivery schedules.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
3.1 Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3.2 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the provided tracking link.
3.3 If you do not receive a tracking number within 16 business days, please contact our support team at support@choisirlamour.com.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
4.1 International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country.
4.2 These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs-related delays.
4.3 If a package is refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply.
5. LOST, STOLEN & DELAYED SHIPMENTS
5.1 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
5.2 If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal service.
5.3 If a package is lost in transit and is not recovered within 20 days, we will work with the carrier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
6.1 Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a postal facility, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
6.3 If a reshipment is not requested, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
7.1 Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@choisirlamour.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
7.2 If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In this case, you may return the order following our Return Policy.
